Wishing everyone here a spiritual equinox time. I hope you’re able to take some time to reflect on its deeper meaning, and can experience some quiet moments with the Spiritual Sun.
The last 3 months we’ve continued our work on writings books.
Finally, in just the last week I’ve finished off a new book, which I’ve been working on since about October 2025. The cover is already done and it’s now being prepared for print. I estimate it will be available in about 6 weeks time.
The next edition of the Ancient Solstice book won’t be too far behind. Mark and I are nearly finished our major re-write of it as it’s going through the last round of edits.
Soon, that will be two big projects completed for us.
I’ll then move on to updating The Ancient Religion of the Sun book, and after that to completing a book about self-knowledge in the Religion of the Sun with Mark, which he has been working on.
I’m really looking forward to sharing a lot of new information and practices about the Religion of the Sun.
A big thank you to each of you who’ve been supporting us and the publisher in this task, to restore the Religion of the Sun. It feels like it becomes more important and pressing by the day.
Wishing you equinox blessings from the Spiritual Sun. May we all be able to face, learn from, and overcome whatever we need to in this coming quarter.

Hi all, I just had to share this NDE. This is the first one I’ve ever seen in which someone was shown what happened before the flood. In 1968 this lady was shown that giant beings inhabited the earth in the deep past, followed by a number of vanished civilizations, including Atlantis – which is exactly what we’ve found because that’s what ancient people have said. Unfortunately that’s all the detail she gives. I haven’t had the chance to listen to other interviews she has done to see if she gives more details in them. She says that she lost much of the memory of what she saw, so perhaps this is all she remembers. It’s quite an incredible experience in itself.
https://youtu.be/PK7PTC3Qw4s?si=NqPxvH_ClUuOLDco&t=411
Further evidence of giants and Atlantis existing! Thank you Lara for sharing this 🙏.
Another incredible NDE to watch. 😊Not sure where you find the time but it is greatly appreciated!!
Thank you Lara!
I think you might be right that she does not recall further details than that. Apart from the fact itself, which is most important.
In this video (from French, she mentions)
“They showed me, if you will, I saw extinct civilizations. … Atlantis. And there wasn’t just Atlantis. I learned there were other civilisations before. I saw giants who roamed the earth.”
Interesting as well is that she mentions they talked to her about Joan of Arc. “They also told me about Jeanne d’Arc … . Jeanne d’Arc is a spiritual figure, but one of the most important.”
Another thing she mentions is that she saw a huge underground laboratory (back in ‘68) where genetic experiments were done mixing human and non humans – which left her with an unpleasant feeling.
One more thing is she mentions she found herself in a very large spaceship. With tall, blond, nice beings who she felt comfortable with and who had a lot of information about everything related to the origin of humanity and its evolution. Making us grow not only genetically, but in consciousness.
That might seem like a lot of claims at some point, but to me this lady feels completely genuine and the nature of what she was shown too. As some of things she says I’ve had personal experiences of and some of the other things are well researched in the ‘alternative’ spheres and in the publications here. What a pleasant old lady.
NDE’s, OBE’s, oral and written history, some archaeology and paleoanthropology (when seen in the right light), and hopefully at some point genetics to help bring the truth about giants to light and its significance.
Thank you Akira for finding this NDE of her, very interesting! The spaceship, the benevolent tall blond beings, even being told she was from Venus. I really like how down-to Earth she is, and how she only gradually started talking about all the aspects of her experience, knowing some things just would not be accepted at the time:
“They told me I was from Venus, and I thought no, this is not going to work anymore (for sharing)” haha… It was funny to hear how she was pondering upon the Venus thing, trying to understand how could there be any humans living there if the environment was not suitable for physical life, until her scientist friend (who was also into spirituality) explained her that there could be life on other plantets in higher dimensions.
Also interesting how those tall blond beings from the spaceship supposedly adjusted our genome in some way and helped us to grow in consciousness…
I also watched one video where she mentioned how there will be a massive unemployment at some point in the future, almost like a plaque, and that made me wonder if maybe that was related to the AI taking human jobs? We will see I guess.
Another interesting aspect from the video you shared that stood out for me was her understanding of the need of conscious self-transformation in order to reunite with our higher Being (or the “tip of my soul” as she calls it):
“The goal of my life is to consciously rediscover that state of Being/consciousness I was in on the other side. But I am not fooling myself, because I know that it can only happen after a long path of self-discovery and self-transformation that we rediscover that level of consciousness and settle within it… If we did this work of self-transformation, we would not have the same destiny.”
Other bits I liked:
“I am an optimist, and you know why? Because we are made of light, and we return.”
“The biggest problem we have is the ignorance of spiritual laws, thats why there is this me me me (selfishness)…”
to the light.”
“God is force, life and movement.”
Or at 27:07, where she guided her small son through a kind of meditation. “Who are you, Thierry Dron?” “I exist, mom.” ❤️
Thank you, Lara, this is such an incredible testimony, like a fresh air entering the material oriented false perception of reality. When asking Who Am I you go into this perception of deep consciousness, a particle of a greater spirit and one God, but how about one’s personal journey? Where do we come from, through the sequence of lives, individually, and united as one human race? It resonates with the words of Mark that “inner wisdom is not increased by acquiring more information, but increasing the capacity of seeing.” And it is quite telling that this incredibly profound experience was given to someone I would assume living a good normal life and not a focused on self-cultivation skilled meditator, it is so wise how they choose whom, when, how, and why to pass advanced spiritual teachings.
What a profound NDE. So inspiring and all-encompassing. Thanks for sharing this with us!
What an amazing find, thank you Lara, it is such a valuable NDE with important information about our ancient past, and sounds very objective and clear too, also the way she speaks, very down-to earth. She must be a very special person indeed.
Thank you for sharing your find Lara. Echoing others, this is a very inspiring testimony. There is also a slightly longer version on youtube, but as in this version, Nicole did not mention much more about past civilisations, including the giants. She did, however, elaborate a little more on the calamities that may be destined for humanity as a result of our collective choices. At the same time, she said that things were not set in stone and that the future depends on whether or not people begin nourishing love more.
I have been wondering about future events a bit more myself, particularly after having two astral experiences in which I witnessed significant catastrophes, and no place on Earth seemed safe to find shelter. Although the experiences were very impactful, and one in particular felt extremely vivid and real, I do not know whether they were showing one possible future or whether they were simply something arising from my subconscious. Has anyone else in our wonderful community had any similar experiences?
Another message that strongly resonated with me was Nicole’s reflection and elaborations on unconditional love and how it requires effort to nurture and help it grow within us. What she suggested that this is what we will be evaluated on in the future also resonated strongly with me.
Wishing everyone much inner Light and inner strength to make the most of this time leading up to the solstice.
I had some pretty intense dreams about calamities before and during Covid, Including one where floodwaters after a comet impact rose up even to the highest mountains so no place was safe. First place I look now with those kinds of dreams is to see what’s happening in the world, but I haven’t had one in a while.
This time starting at the Spring Equinox and now moving towards the Summer Solstice I have been feeling relief. I have desired to be an active part of this online community but have felt anxiety trying to keep up with all of the comments. I just wanted to pop in today to say that I am here. I care. Sometimes I am struggling, sometimes a lot. But not a day goes by that I am not extraordinarily grateful for the books, videos and resources found here. Also I feel joy knowing that all of you exist on that planet. I sometimes feel sad about the state of humanity but you are a light in my heart.
Hi Aavya,
I have also felt overwhelmed by the comments some time ago and it was difficult to respond, but lately I’ve started to read through them every day and so it’s easier to get involved. I think a lot has changed and there’s more space for people to open up a conversation that’s in line with their own interests. I also found that if im keeping up with the internal efforts that I’m more inclined to come here to learn and to exchange views and ideas about practices etc.
I think the more you get involved the more you’ll be inclined to keep up with the inner work and in return help others and yourself via these pages.
The state of this world is really devastating right now and i feel the energy of those horrendous actions is spreading out in all directions affecting us all.
I think we are all, probably mostly inadvertently, contributing to this effect and so I am trying to minimise my own involvement in it by choosing what I consume, buy and how i treat all beings on this planet that I come into contact with.
I wish you all the strength and determination to keep going forward.
Hi Aavya,
Thank you for sharing your experience with the community. I have similar experiences and feelings to what you have described. It means a great to deal to know that others are making such efforts every day to better themselves and to develop love and light in this world.
Thank you for sharing Aavya, For myself – I often read the comments and find either it has been said by someone else or I have nothing to add. Popping in to say hi is a great move thank you – now has me doing it too. Hi to all, I wish you all well where ever you are. I know it’s hard and tough, often we are on our own, finding our way, facing challenges, thankfully the sun rises each day and pushes back the darkness. And of course – we have each other here.
I want to share some videos that I always cling to that help inspire me, I’m sure shared before at some point:
https://youtu.be/_JYebqRMCbc?si=S_3yWhHVNvvtWHxq
And a true favourite:
https://youtu.be/gVCRTClga9U?si=4qwSCvgTJpNJ67Nu
I like to listen in bed and imagine the scenes play out in front of me or like I’m there amongst it. The words are to me so powerful.
They inspire me – maybe inspire others.
All the very best
I can see why it’s a favorite. That is such a beautiful rendition of the Dialogue of the Savior. It’s so much more powerful to hear it spoken. Thanks for sharing.
Hi to you also Kurt 😊
And for sharing your resources. That’s what I like about this community. Everyone is willing to share their resources, ideas and perspectives so others can enjoy and benefit from them.
Yes, thanks for sharing these Kurt. I had no idea these texts were available on YouTube! I also listened to other texts from the Nag Hammadi Library, including the Book of Thomas the Contender. It’s useful to have the audio versions of these, as they do provide food for reflection about life and its deeper purpose.
Hey Aavya,
Hang on in there! ❤️ We all have our own difficulties, which are different from other people. But we also have various qualities, which can hopefully contribute to the body of these teachings in one way or the other once they really take off. Wishing you all the best, and a lot of inner strength and guidance from your own Spiritual Being. 🌞
Hi Aavya,
Nice to hear from you. I was in your space once too – so I can relate to your comments. I have found it beneficial to be a part of this growing community as much as I can. It feeds me and I try to give to it too.
You (and your Spiritual Being/ spark / intuition) are the best guide at knowing what is possible for you to do/offer at this point in time, to help you and others. If it feels right – do what you can, as much as you can, as best you can, when you can. 😊
It is indeed an inspiring and wonderful community. And growing – slowly slowly. There is a newness to it all too!
Hi Aavya, it’s nice to hear from you. Thanks for sharing your perspective and experience. I agree with you and others that this site is a very valuable resource. It’s such a boost to be able to connect with others who are like-minded and gain inspiration from it.
Unfortunately, I’m also limited in my ability to interact here at times, due to ongoing health issues, which continue to be a great struggle day to day. But at the same time, I find it so essential to have some kind of connection with things beyond the mundane life, as my opportunities to do this are limited at the moment. Although I do various practices regularly each day, I still often feel cut off from higher things, as it can be very difficult to find the guidance I’m seeking.
Perhaps others can relate to some of the issues, as although I regularly pray for guidance and note down dreams, I find they’re often lacking in any deep meaning, which could show me some clear direction. Although, some dreams do stand out as significant from time to time, even if it’s simply highlighting a behaviour to change.
I used to have lucid dreams fairly regularly for some time, but can’t remember the last time I had one. It’s probably several years now. I’ve also tried for many years to experience the astral split, but it’s something that remains elusive to me. It tends to highlight this sense of disconnection from other worldly things, as although the lucid dreams were a great boost at the time, there’s still a doubt as to whether my own consciousness exists beyond my physical body, even though I believe other people’s accounts. I think the big issue is having limited mystical experiences to back up the theory, which can make it go out of my mind more easily.
On the other hand, as I’ve had some very challenging and continuing experiences to go through over recent years, these do give a certain perspective on life and its priorities. As a result, I’ve also had to face some very difficult emotions, which most people would not ordinarily encounter in their daily lives. But unfortunately, most of us will have to face these emotions at some point, once our lives draw to a close. So maybe it’s better to go through them now, while there is still some chance of changing the outcome.
My hope is that in time, I may be able to use these experiences as a means of helping others who are suffering and perhaps give them some kind of hope and encouragement that it doesn’t have to last forever.
Thanks for opening up the discussion. I also value and appreciate everyone’s contributions here very much and hope we’ll each find a sense of connection with higher forces.
Hi friends. I just came across something I thought you lot would appreciate – I stumbled on a sciencey explanation of how mantras are good for physical health! It’s to do with how humming increases the production of nitric oxide. Let me explain…
My husband and I were talking about my mother praising beetroot and its ability to increase nitric oxide which is indicated to help the peripheral artery disease she’s had since radiotherapy which causes painful leg cramps at night. She’d experienced two nights of pain-free sleep after drinking beetroot juice. Google was listening of course and the next morning Youtube reccomended me a podcast all about nitric oxide (NO) so I complied and listened. I learnt that this molecule is meant to be one of the main indicators of good health, in particular cardiovascular health through its role in dilating blood vessels. I liked the doctor-scientist being interviewed, Nathan Bryan, he made a nod to acupuncture and ayurvedic medicine. Then at the end of the interview when asked about ways to increase NO, he dropped that humming can increase its production. He actually mentioned mantras like OM. This blew my mind, I promptly Googled it to see if it’s a thing and yes it is – turns out the paranasal sinuses are a major producer of NO and humming increases its production 15 fold. An hour of humming a day actually stopped chronic rhinosinusitis in four days in one study.

Here’s another little overview: https://soullight.com.au/2024/10/19/soundyoga-humming-nitricoxide/
Anyway, I’ll be getting back into mantra OM soon. I love it when there is scientific back up for spiritual practices. I don’t need it but I think it’s a doorway for many people to explore things they may have put away in a box marked woowoo. Who knows, I might find my mum Omming one day.
That is really fascinating. Thanks for sharing, Ella. You know what they say: a mantra a day…
Could that perhaps be known as “mOmming”? 😊
Thanks for sharing that, that’s very interesting and timely! I’ve been looking into how to increase nitric oxide recently for blood pressure management as apparently it’s very good for relaxing and widening blood vessels and reducing arterial stiffness. Another reasonto do more Oms!
Hey Ella, what a neat discovery, thank you for sharing! 🙂
Interestingly, about a few weeks ago I heard a broadcast where it was mentioned that the buzzing/vibrational quality of humming can have a healing effect on the wounds or physical damages in our body. The person in the broadcast said to literally put your mouth to, let’s say, your hand and feel the buzzing that happens when you hum to it, and that it is that vibration you can feel that can have a healing effect. So of course, I had my husband “hummm” to the lumbar area of my spine, where I had my disc damaged, but it was obvious that this way would not be sustainable, haha. So then I had a speaker put on my back (while lying down) and feel the vibration that way, but even that was a bit uncomfortable and heavy, so in the end I gave up on it. But I was thinking, if they made some smaller devices that would be easily attachable to the body and they would emit different vibrtions/frequencies (according to what a person needs), that would be great.
You know Lucia, aside from having your own sound chamber, I’ve been curious about a variety of different vibroacoustic furniture that immerse the sound vibration into the body. The types I’ve seen vary from actual loungers, to wooden furniture, to cushions, to blanket/mattresses you overlay, to bean bag chairs. Would love to have something like this and have a complete sound bath to something like that :)
This website in particular explains that “Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) is the precise delivery of low-frequency, kinetic sound waves (typically 30Hz to 120Hz) directly into the body’s water content. It is a “musical massage” on a cellular level.”

Happy humming ☺️
This is amazing, thank you so much for sharing Olga! 💗 I had a quick look online, and that website you shared seems to be the best available, as it has the option of listening to my own music or frequencies, plus comes with the speakers and a whole set up. Otherwise just a smaller pillow would be fine for me (to put it behind my back), but the one I found online (https://vibroacustica.com/products/viset-pillow) does not seem to have an option to listen to custom music and has no headphones available for “complete immersion”.
It is great to see that people are exploring these ideas nowadays! I was also looking into the Light some time ago, therapy, and that field also sounds interesting to me.
You can save $2000 or more over their prices making your own vibroacoustic table, as I have done. We discussed it quite a bit in the comments of the SOBE post, e.g.: https://sakrosawel.com/the-spiritual-out-of-body-experience-book-now-available/#comment-4706
I’ve been using mine every night for about 10 mins before bed and I find it very relaxing and may have a positive effect on my dreams (I’ve just been playing Akira’s Freedom Beyond the Mound track while also doing an Om mantra at 110 hz). I could spend much longer using it and experimenting with different things like Sofios and Dimi but am currently distracted by other priorities, although the most intense I’ve tried was what I just described plus operating our 110 hz singing bowl on my chest – quite an experience!
Wow Jon, that accoustic setup together with chanting and the singing bowl sounds like a complete immersion indeed! 😀 Would be really nice to hear more of your guys’s experiences with the setup.
Hi Jon,
When I saw Olga’s post a few days ago I thought okay it’s time to get this going and try to build something myself, I hadn’t realised (or forgotten) that you already have one up and running, that’s so great!
Speaker-wise I was looking to get the Buttkicker mini concert ones, which go down to 5hz, and in the ranges I’d like to experiment with. I saw you went for the BK4-4, which go from 75W to 400W, is there a specfic reason for those (like the impedence) – or do you think the smaller ones will do fine for a table? Currently I have no plans yet (nor space) for a chamber set up, just the bed. I bought a good amp yesterday, but cancelled the order last minute because I released it wouldn’t go below 20hz.
So I need to do a little bit more research still to find the right items. Any tips welcome and I’ll carefully read the previous posts as well.
I’m really looking forward to experimenting with its effect on practices and also for possible health benefits. I’m also very keen to then produce some tracks (multiple channels?) that use these frequencies. Maybe not at a scientific level, but to do conduct some structured trials and see if some sweet spots in and effective ways can be discovered.
Hi Akira, I got the BK4-4’s as I wanted to experiment with the low frequencies at some point. I wasn’t considering the power (i.e. the wattage) – these are among the most powerful you can get and really shake the table like crazy when on full. I think the minis are perfectly fine for a sound table (50W to 250W power) but may not be quite as good at the lowest frequencies (their frequency response being 10-350 Hz compared to the BK4-4’s 5-200 Hz). I think the only reason to get the BK4-4’s over the minis would be to guarantee better lower frequencies. We wouldn’t know for sure unless someone had the minis and tested them in this way.
The cost goes up quite a bit for the BK4-4’s so that’s something to consider.
A much more cost effective option is the Dayton BST-1 (x2) which is what Sofios and Dimi use – although it has a listed frequency response of 20-80 Hz from what they’re saying it seems to be fine for 110 Hz (transducers/speakers can often perform ok beyond their listed capabilities). These are what were used both in the article and video I shared in the post I linked above.
Whatever transducers you get will inform the amp you need (consider the power required). The one I got (Fosi Audio V3) only has a low frequency response of 20 Hz (which is normal since we can’t hear below that!) but it operated the shakers fine when I tested it at 6 Hz (not a prolonged test though) – I got it as it was cost-effective and wanted to see if it would successfully run the shakers as low as 6 Hz. If budget isn’t a concern then there are amps designed specifically for bass shakers like the Dayton Audio BSA-200 that has a frequency response down to 5 Hz.
Thanks Jon 🙏
I think I’ll go with the concert mini’s, and will have to find the right amp to do 2 ohm’s comfortably. I’m defintely going budget as much as possible, but also have it as a requirement to go to the lower hz ranges.
Slightly related. I saw a very simple ambient light at some friends’ and was quite impressed by it. It projects light on the ceiling, reminiscent of light reflected on water in a cave. I was gifted one (there’s lots of square ones but I have a round one, maybe £15 ambient light). I’m not a big fan of ‘stuff’. But letting my eyes watch the light movements on the ceiling had a surprisingly relaxing effect. It might be a nice little addition when using the sound bed.
Hi guys, been meaning to chime into this discussion. We consulted audio techs to make sure we were purchasing the right product for the purpose of creating the sound chamber. We were specific about the range being as low as 5Hz (and lower, if possible, which did not seem to be an option) and as high as 200Hz, and were given these products as options (without too much of a price tag!)
The amp – BSA-200 200W Bass Shaker Bridgeable Stereo Amplifier with Remote (allows us to increase or decrease the output/vibration coming through the speakers using a wheel dial)
https://www.daytonaudio.com/product/1609/bsa-200-200w-bass-shaker-bridgeable-stereo-amplifier-with-remote
It says in the description – frequency response 5-200Hz.
The website says • Output power: 110 watts RMS per channel @ 2 ohms, 230 watts RMS @ 4 ohms (minimum impedance) bridged mono • Frequency Response: 5-200 Hz +/- 3 dB • Variable low pass: 50-200 Hz • Total harmonic distortion (stereo): 1%, (mono): 0.05%
The bass shakers – BST-1
https://www.daytonaudio.com/product/1245/bst-1-high-power-pro-tactile-bass-shaker-50-watts
These do have a frequency response of 10-80Hz (according to their ‘official’ specs) but we have been able to play them at 110Hz, which is the resonant frequency we’re after. We have tested this with the amp being able to play the 110Hz and therefore the shakers play also.
Any music or composition we play that has a resonant frequency of 110Hz eg Freedom beyond the Mound or Hari Om, is also playing through a speaker. Any variation in the frequency range is being picked up by the amp, the shakers and the speaker when being played. So we tend to feel the shakers kicking in/out through our body – which is the aim – and it can feel like having a massage (vibroacoustic effect), as well as hear the sounds coming from the speaker.
Bass shakers tend to be positioned/mounted under home theatre chairs or gaming set-ups to give that ‘reality’ feel to what is happening on the screen. So, they can be put under an existing comfortable chair and even under a bed.
@Lucia, perhaps this is an option?
Hi Jon and Everyone,
One thing to remember is that unless you are wanting to play frequencies as low as 5Hz, such as the Theta Waves 4-8Hz, the bass shakers selected must be able to play the 110Hz resonate frequency comfortably.
The other night I tried playing a 20Hz tone through the Dayton (brand) amplifer and bass shakers and I was concerned that I was going to push them too much.
5Hz is more felt than heard (think of what an earthquake ‘feels’ like).
Yep, that’s why the shakers I got have a response of 5 to 200 Hz. The amp I got isn’t designed for bass shakers (being 20 Hz to 20k Hz, and doesn’t have a low pass filter so the signal isn’t as clean as it could be for bass) but still operates them at 6 Hz (although as mentioned I haven’t tested them for long at that frequency and it may not hold up). I will likely upgrade my setup in future with a proper bass amp like the Dayton BSA-200 that you guys have.
It’s really the frequency response that people need to consider for their desired results (not just the bass transducers but also the amp, as well as the features of the amp), although as you have discovered the equipment can sometimes operate ok when used outside the listed frequency range (although likely not as good as equipment that is advertised with the desired frequency response).
Hey nice discovery Ella, that helps bridge the gap.
I didn’t know about this specifically at all, although do feel in general there are so many benefits from the chanting vibration on us, on multiple levels. Not as an end goal, but a maintenance and boost in the right direction. I do it daily and often multiple times, for quite a while. Ideal is to have a dedicated opportunity, but I also do it in other circumstances like on a car journey – I play one and sing along. Or if I’m in a public space I might switch to just the hum. So the concentration on it is not perfect, but there is still a benefit. Saying that this morning I was listening to some meditation music, but there was still some thought going on, but then for brief moments I could really just listen (and ‘become’ the music) without anything else. A world of difference. That was incredibly relaxing.
Hope your mom is as good as can be. 🙏🏻
Thank you Ella (and others) on those insights about humming, nitric oxide boost/effect and also the healing effects from using mantras.
With the OM mantra, I have noted over time that the M part became stronger and deeper as I would do the mantra. When I first started to use it, it was difficult for me to keep my breath going while doing the M part. I could do the O part no problem, just the M part was difficult. Then it progressed to a gentle or weakened continuous M part which make me feel quite pleased as it was a measure of progress/improvement with the overall mantra. From there, it progressed to becoming slowly stronger, and no longer contained in my throat area, starting to move up into my nasal area and down into my chest – ever so slightly.
I also noticed another phase unfold at this point. The M part of the mantra became stronger. It also started to ‘tickle’ the inside of my nose because it would resonate inside the nasal area. It also would ‘tickle’ the lower parts of my brain and the upper chest area. The effects were becoming more widespread and the resonance within me from this mantra was growing/spreading. I was able to hold the M part of the mantra just as well as the O part, balancing the mantra and its effect. These days, I can hold the M part more strongly than the O part, a sign of gradual and persistent improvement to then reap the benefits of this mantra.
I can attest to the positive effects I have felt over the years with the OM mantra and others too. It’s as though they create an inner space of calm and tranquility. A peaceful and calibrating effect – a bit like a tuning fork that helps to tune in an instrument. The OM mantra (and others) have had a tuning effect within me, helping me to create an inner alignment. I find the sound chamber does this but at a much larger scale, with a greater impact/influence.
Thank you Mark, Lara and all involved in bringing these divine teachings to the world.
Wishing everyone here a lot of deep spiritual guidance during these dark times. It means a lot to know that there are so many other people that are striving for the light within their lives.
I recently relocated down to the coast so I was fortunate enough to be able to spend some time in nature and in contemplation of the Light of the Son.
Here’s a video of a beautiful sunset during the Autumn Equinox from a nice spot I found in the dunes:
https://drive.proton.me/urls/GMCC495EHG#DcKcAogWnA5E
That looks amazing Owain!
And, hopefully your new abode/location is a better option for you :-)
What a spectacular sunset from among the dunes, thank you very much for sharing Owain! It sounds like a nice “welcome” to you at your new location. 😊
Hi Owain, a very soothing scene.
When I saw your video it reminded me of a quote I read earlier today.
“May the wind waft to us the grateful medicament; may Mother Earth, may Father Heaven (Dyaus), convey it to us” ~ Rigveda 1.89.4
Thanks so much for your equinox wishes everyone. They were so lovely to receive over the equinox even though I’ve just had the chance to sit down to respond now. Here we are, already well into the next season in our journey. Hope you are traveling well so far 🌞
Lovely to read everyone’s experiences! We went to one of our favourite areas in West Wales in the end, where there’s a wild coastline with hidden harbours and long stretches of golden sand. It’s a windswept, relatively flat landscape for Wales, pitted with craggy outcrops. There’s myths and sacred wells and stories of saints sailing overseas and wide bays named after druids and huge dolmens overlooking them and the hill where the Bluestones for Stonehenge came from, possibly. Of the landscapes that I feel a deep, heart cord connection to, this is one of them. It was bright for a few days and it really felt like we’d been thrust into the light blinking after being in a cave for a long time. We met some people drumming at Pentre Ifan dolmen for the equinox sunset and had a nice exchange with them, it was reassuring to know there were people out and about in this quieter part of the country celebrating the sun. We didn’t do any ceremonies, but spent the days around the equinox seeing the sun rising and setting as much as possible and I felt very much spiritually renewed. It was funny, I’d injured myself earlier in the week so had to cancel some responsibilities, but it meant that we could spend more time than usual just being in nature at this special period. It felt like I was being told I need to slow down.
That sounds very special :) you describe it so poetically, have you written any poetry or songs about the place/time?
Thanks Julian, that’s lovely feedback! I think I’ve been influenced by reading Robert Macfarlane recently, he’s rekindled my love of writing and poetry – I’ve followed his thread of the poets he rates to discover people who have written about this land so deeply. I’ve found my way back to remembering how good writers can somehow sharpen your understanding of things, the internal, and in his case as a nature-writer, external landscapes. I’ve been trying to use writing to process my experience of life recently, “journalling” if you will – when I see something I want to remember or go through something I want to understand deeper, I’ll write about it. I used to love writing when I was a child, which I always think is a good measure of the things we should nurture and carry with us through life…
But to answer your question, I haven’t yet, but I might now. Or I might be encouraged enough to persue little writing and nature projects I’ve been incubating – one is to spend the full moon evening with a different kind of tree each month, the one that is singing the loudest at that time, and to try to slow time just being there, and maybe write a bit, if I can hear something.
You describe a very magical place Ella, a place of mystery and mystique…
Very poetic too… 😊
The documentary is also fascinating. I’m keen to watch it when it becomes available down under!
I agree with Julian here, your heartfelt description of the landscape reveals your deep affection towards it. ❤️ Could be worth to try your hand at some poetry there! BTW, any pictures of those places for us to see? 😉
Hi Lucia,
Here is an album with some photos from the trip. Most of the photos are of the Prescelli hills, with the horse shoe shaped circle Ella is standing in the center of being Bedd Arthur. The scenic views and the strange stone formations are all in the Prescelli hills. The picture of me standing on a pointed (carved) stone is among one of the outcrops. There are quite a few such carved stones, which are smaller versions of the top stone that one would see on Pentre Ifan or similar cromlechs. Pentre Ifan is the impressive cromlech during sunset; it is pointing toward Angel Mountain (Mynydd Carningli), which is exactly west of it. Gors Fawr is the less impressive stone circle and it is pointing north toward the Presceli mountains. Interestingly, both stone formations we visited pointed toward sacred hilltops.
Here is the link to the Mega.nz album: https://mega.nz/folder/UlNCybIR#CrEB7dcD2dZTdNjmi9bXjQ
What a wonderful landscape, thanks for sharing Aleks! I really like those vast and open spaces, so different from the mountainous region where I live now, or the one where I grew up. I imagine one must feel a great sense of freedom there; I think I would just run and run to enjoy the space, or fly (in the astral) 😉.
The dolmen picture is beautiful too, great colours. I wonder how that capstone managed to stay in that position for thousands of years, just balancing on those spiky stone tops! 😮
Hi Ella. That place sounds so special and magical. You certainly have captured my attention by describing the beauty of the place. I hope you do continue to pursue writing. I would also love to see some pictures like Lucia suggested if possible.
Happy equinox Lara, Mark & everyone!
Amazing news for sure with the new book, and the updated work on Ancient Solstice.
We are very thankful and grateful for all the work, efforts and challenges you both have made and continue to make to bring the knowledge of the spiritual Sun forward.
Wishing you both, and everyone all you need to keep on growing our light within.
On the spring equinox morning I went to a stone site and contemplated it’s age. And observed the sunrise. There was a bit of a sense of a time machine, that societies including our own may come and go, and we think we know best, but they’re in time. Whereas some of these stone formations are in a, more ageless, time frame outside of it.

I felt quite blessed this equinox to be around friends and family a lot.
Thank you Lara. So cool to read that new book is so close to completion. Looking forward to it! And great to hear the update about the line up and sequence of works ahead.
Wishing everyone a gentle discipline and a beautiful renewed energy for the upcoming time.
@Akira thank you for the pictures. Looking at the photos with the mist it feels like you are stepping back into some mystical time… It makes me wonder about all the possible ceremonies that have been performed here with people celebrating the equinoxes and solstices, and that strong formidable connection they had to the Light, which also goes beyond time! It must have had an incredible energy.
It looks like the site was quiet with few people? A quiet and reflective time.
What a beautiful spot Akira. Indeed, to be among the ‘Ancients’ in such a difficult and turbulent time in the world, to be able to feel at peace with nature and the true resonance of our existence (as others have also pointed out).
I also feel truly blessed and grateful – for the opportunities, the possibilities and the prospect of -reaching spiritual understanding and insights that my/our ancestors once did, thanks to the revealing work of Lara and Mark.
Hi Dimi and Michelle,
I’m going on a little trip in a week or so to some relatively remote set of sites of the Religion of the Sun. Places where big ceremonies were definitely held and area that was significant and had wider connections. Very much looking forward to it. I’ve looked into some of the sites in the past, so will brush up a bit on all the finds and the mystery theories, to see what can be learned and felt when being there.
@Michelle. Yeah, that site, a small one was very quiet. Especially at that hour too.
@Dimi. I’m also very grateful for the knowledge given here. It makes ancient sites not seem as some… dead end boring? thing, but gateways of mysteries and endless discovery. Makes you excited to go. 🙏🏻
Happy travels Akira! Both in the physical and in the Astral/Spiritual realms. Mysteries await to be revealed 😊
Thank you Dimi!
I just came back and was very lucky with the weather. I will soon share something from that trip for everyone here. Because we don’t all have the opportunity to visit, and if we do we can’t go to all anyway, so I want to share a bit of what it was like to be there at one of these Religion of the Sun places.
Happy Equinox Lara, Mark and everyone here. I am so grateful for all the developments of Sakro Sawel, for the resources of incredible videos, the treasure trove of books, and to the outpouring of thoughtful interactions & comments throughout the site.
I cherish the knowledge unravelling here..
Thanks, Lara. Wishing you and Mark, and everyone here all the best during this special time of the year. I hope everyone gets the inspiration, strength, peace and whatever they need most from it.
I look forward to your new book, as well as the planned releases. I appreciate the research, insights, wisdom and all that you pour into them. I am sure they will be very valuable sources of light for all of us here and for those to come.
Thank you, Lara. Hope you and Mark, everyone at Sura Ondrunar, and everyone here, received all that they needed at this equinox time for their spiritual journey.
We celebrated the spring equinox at Harman Kaya, which is aligned to it, with the focus on Dionysus’ betrayal and resurrection based on the Orphic tradition. It has many similarities to the Egyptian Osiris – Dionysus’ trust is betrayed and he is torn to pieces, but the mother goddess Athena saves his heart, and Apollon gathers his limbs together and resurrects him.
Unfortunately, it was cloudy so the alignment couldn’t be seen. When I felt towards the site, there was a subtle response of only a moment that said that a ceremony such as ours is the good and right thing to do there, it is what it was meant for. It may of course be coloured by my own subjectivity but it felt almost like gratitude, joy.
“some quiet moments with the Spiritual Sun.” I’m grateful that you brought up this connection in these pages some time ago Lara. For me it’s like what you sometimes hear in NDEs that they are surprised that God knows their name and knows them intimately. The connection feels alive and immediate and unexpected.
It is really great news about the books, new and updated, being close to publication. Thank you for offering your work to the world freely, for the outpouring of your light and love. Thank you for keeping the spark of hope alive. Wishing you much strength to complete this stage of your work of reviving the Religion of the Sun.
Hi Laura,
That sounds like a lovely experience you had at the site. It must have felt very reaffirming.
What you mentioned about that connection feeling so alive and immediate is something that I similarly had a glimpse of during this equinox. It felt quite fitting with the return of the Sun after a long winter.
Wishing you lots of light and a continued connection with the Spiritual Sun through the spring.
Thank you for sharing that, Chiara. It’s wonderful you were able to feel the connection to the Spiritual Sun alive this equinox. It is very precious.
Thank you for your kind wishes! I wish you the same, a deepened connection along with the increasing light.
Thank you for the reminder Laura, about Dionysus life path (his betrayal and resurrection).
There is a quiet yet powerful wonder during those moments we feel connected. They can be fleeting moments but their lingering effect can be so powerful and fill me/us with inspiration – to keep going!
The underworld is the journey in my part of the world, digging deeper into the psyche and the subconscious. Going through the Underland (as Ella has pointed out from Macfarlane’s book and doco being released).
Hello everyone,
I wish you a little bit late but still a very nice Equinox and time after. And greetings and strength to all of you I know, to Mark and Lara, and to all good people wishing to get awaken.
Thank you Lara for the wishes and for the update on both the new and revised books. Also, thank you to Mark and everyone involved in continuing to bring in more and more information about the Religion of the Sun, and ultimately about the reason why we are here and where we could potentially all reach.
We spent a bit of time reflecting and reading relevant passages about the equinox from the Ancient Path of the Sun book (we have not yet obtained the latest version – the Ancient Solstice), and tried to connect as much as we could with the Spiritual Sun, even though it was cloudy and rainy. The day was concluded with the Fire in the Lotus practice.
Wishing everyone an uplifting equinox and much spiritual yearning and inner learning in this quarter.
Wishing everyone had a spiritually uplifting spring equinox time here in the northern hemisphere, and to our brothers and sisters in the southern hemisphere, a lot of spiritual guidance and insight in the journey ahead.
I’ve noticed in the past few years that the spring equinox time is always quite challenging. There’s always darkness and situations to defeat in the months prior to then come out of the darkness and find peace to receive the blooming light of the Sun. This year has been particularly interesting and humbling. I’ve been remembering that dream Akira had where he was struggling to come out of a tight tunnel, like struggling to pass through a birth canal, to rejoice under the light of the Sun.
I feel that the coming course of events will pose a scenario that, although extremely difficult, will deprive us of a lot of materialistic entertainments, which is going to be a great opportunity to focus on what really matters instead of futile material pursuits. I can see how that much more precious your and Mark’s work is going to be in providing humanity a tool to give life meaning in these difficult circumstances that await us. As the Kolbrin says, the good books are the only consolation for us looking for a spiritual pursuit.
Thank you very much for all your continuous hard work, everyone. And thank you for the warm updates, Lara. I look forward to that self-knowledge book. I’m currently going through the OBE book again, more slowly this time. I want to take my time and rearrange my approach from square one with fresh ears.
Sending everyone a big hug.
Hey Marco,
I totally hear you about the world heading towards some weird and most likely materially challenging times. Which may be a good thing from one point of view, people kind of forced to go within, but at the same time a lot of suffering too, with a lot of heaviness as a result… I guess we will see how the events play out in the end. I just hope that eventually, there would be a time of renewal and opportunity to practice and meet with others again, in some new circumstances conducive to the practice and spread of the Religion of the Sun. 🙏 🌞 ⭐
Well said Lucia.
So much darkness that surrounds us, however I find that if I focus on the inner light, remembering that we are always looked after and protected – not matter what, then the external darkness losses its strength (and control). Surrounding ourselves with others striving for the light certainly helps our cause.
Yes, Macro, these are difficult times and it looks like they will become more difficult than in recent decades!
Hopefully, Mark and Lara’s work is and will be more (with the new upcoming books), a valuable guide to overcome this labyrinth of difficulties, in mater and egos
Hi Marco, I can definitely relate to what you said about going through darkness and difficult situations. This is something I’ve had to face intensively over the last year and is still ongoing.
There’s a lot I could say, but what you said about giving up materialistic pursuits is also very relevant to me. When our level of function becomes so restricted that even the basic everyday tasks are a massive challenge to overcome, it really does force us to consider what activities are the most important in life. We also have to consider what we are fundamentally, without the means of meaningful activity day to day. It’s amazing how valuable simple tasks can be in our daily lives, like brushing our teeth, making a drink, sweeping the floor, etc. But we often tend to place such little value on these, until our ability to do them is taken away.
Going through the dark cavern to reach the sunlight is definitely very relevant to me at the moment, as the level of suffering each day is intense and prolonged. It often feels like my body has been kicked and beaten by a gang of attackers and dumped on the side of the road, which I wish were just an exaggeratation. I do have a regular routine of daily practices, which are important in helping me rest too. But when there is intense physical suffering, this can also highlight the intensity of the pain.
Fortunately, I’m not under palliative care. But I have gained a lot of empathy for those who are, as I feel I’ve glimpsed some of the emotions that people facing the end of their lives would go through, such as the loss of the person they once were, social contact, connection with the outside world, etc. Experiencing medical gaslighting on top of this is tough to bear.
I thought I’d share a few creative pieces that inspired me over the years. One is a song by a songwriter who went through some health issues in her early adulthood: https://youtu.be/xefcxhmXW1w?si=H-7yiqZxaOAKY_16
This live medley of songs by Spiritualized has also been an anthem for me over the last decade. Classical music lovers may recognize the tune of Pachelbel’s Canon in D in the second section, while Elvis fans may recognize the end snippet:
https://youtu.be/UTR7WXmsFD8?si=if2U2KOpw7LQgwtg
There are also two short poems, which offer differing perspectives. One is the last stanza of Lewis Carroll’s poem Solitude from his Three Sunsets collection:
“I’d give all wealth that years have piled,
The slow result of Life’s decay,
To be once more a little child
For one bright summer-day.”
The other is a very short haiku by Mizuta Masahide, which illustrates how our focus can shift when we face loss:
“Barn’s burnt down —
now I can see the moon.”
Hi Micheal,
A mixed combination of songs each one to inspire differently. The first one had a melancholic feeling to it, but the violin uplifted it for me. I could say the same for the 2nd song, the orchestral feel, the melody and of course, the Elvis ending 😊
It seems we can grow from adversity or we can shrivel up and withdraw. It has been pointed out through these blog pages at various times, that illness or disease can be a spiritual ‘growing pain’. Striving for spiritual heights and being at peace within ourselves allows me/us to see beyond the face of this reality, to one more internal and real – everlasting. However, the physical discomfort and the pain that comes with certain dis-ease or illness can be overwhelming. I admire anyone who is able to endure such hardship and still find the time to be compassionate and caring towards others 😊
I like the short haiku “barn’s burnt down – now I can see the moon”. It is a shift in perspective and perception too.
And to you also Marco 😊
There are difficult times predicted ahead, as various spiritual sources have warned about, yet here we are, striving for the light among it all, willing to go through the hardship within our own capacity to journey back home, back to source, to understand ourselves from the deepest darkest spaces and still reach for the Light, for the ultimate prize – full consciousness/enlightenment. How incredible, and how difficult at the same time.
Here in Australia we are heading into autumn. This equinox has been particularly challenging & sudden with the influence of the new moon coupled with a lunar eclipse two weeks prior. I am very grateful Lara, Mark & to all of you working behind the scenes as well as everyone here in this community for continually being a source of light, wisdom, inspiration & strength. Your higher level consciousness is felt world wide. Thank you for being here in this realm at this time 🙏
Hi Scott, it was such a conflicting or contradictive time with all those cosmic energies so close!
Hey Dimi, Yeah I always find it important to remind myself that at certain times we are propelled into dealing with the effects that dark forces existing in the dimensions that we reside in have on us. Their influence clouds cosmic events in an inverted way to interfere with natural cycles overwhelming & disrupting the receiving of this universal divine rhythmic energy.
However I know deeply that by working to increase my level of consciousness, then in essence, being here in this world at this time results in a consciousness compensation effect upon this world counter acting the effects of those dark entities agendas.
You know that experiences like Jonothans NDE can be had by all of you here in an OBE.
I was fortunate enough some time ago to receive an experience that moved me in consciousness. I remember asking for Divine help to go to a much higher dimension in a conscious astral projection then when I felt the astral split I had to control my levels of excitement and surrender entirely to my Divine Mother. Only then was I able to be taken to this real place of real love and light. It was like going home and being back with my family. I was given knowledge and knew I had to return even though I didn’t really want to. I remember thanking everyone and everything and telling them all that I would be back .
That one experience changed me and I saw things differently, spoke differently and did things differently. From that point on I was more in line with those fighting for the light in this realm as the churning of the milky ocean continues.
I also watch out for those events and have seen how our inner states are intensified and therefore our actions reflecting that.
I’ve learned that those dark influences then have more power to manipulate and use those ego energies towards their ends.
It’s true that in order to counteract them there’s more light missions on Earth right now, while most are completely unaware of it. And i agree about increasing my own light in order to become truly sovereign being and in that way contribute to the greater light growth.
That was an amazing experience you had Scott. I can imagine what the feeling of reuniting with your real family feels like. It seems a lot of people are given such experiences and I guess collectively it impacts us all so to lose the grip this physical reality has on us. Only then can we perceive more of what it is rather than what we were led to believe it is.
I agree Scott, and Tina…Such experiences and moments are life changing. I can recount similar experiences that have led to a more conscious decision on my part, to work towards the light, to be attracted to it more and more throughout my day… and, thus, in a small way contribute to it’s purpose at this point in time – Kali Yuga
Happy equinox to everyone! Spring came about a month sooner here in Slovenia, and its been quite unusual to observe the spring flowers popping up where usually it would still be snow, or at least a partial snow. I am looking forward to the increasing light in our part of the world, and wishing everyone in the southern hemisphere a safe descent!
Also thank you very much Lara for the update on the books, your new book is going too be quite a surprise I guess, really looking forward to it, as well as the updated Ancient Solstice and the other books, especially Mark’s wisdom on the self-knowledge topic. Wishing you both a lot of strength, support, and spiritual guidance in your important work. 🌞
Hey Everyone,
Wish y’all had a blessed equinox time! And as always thank you Lara for the updates. The works you’re doing have been really meaningful, and I really appreciate the time and effort you and Mark have dedicated to revive the Religion of the Sun. For me this equinox has been a time to reflect on the renewal in nature, and this year it also happens to be on the same day as the time when it is said that “the dragon would raise its head” in my culture. That’s a whole other topic of its own, but essentially it’s also a celebration about spring and renewal. I’ve been listening to pagan songs about the return of spring lately, and I think it’s just worth it to reflect on those things during these times of the year. Thank you again to Lara for the updates, and I wish everyone had a blessed equinox. (Sorry if I’m a bit late to be here!)
Hey Emily, nice to hear from you, and thank you for sharing about the “Dragon raising its head” event and how it coincided with the Spring equinox this year! So of course, I quickly went to check what it is about, and found some cute shorts of it if people want to check:
https://www.facebook.com/ximoments/videos/as-friday-marked-dragon-head-raising-day-in-china-a-golden-dragon-of-bamboo-raft/927504323367390/

Also, if you have any pagan songs you like, those would be nice to hear! I have to say that I really like the way that Chinese culture seems to be tied with nature, even though maybe the exact dates and celebrations of the Religion of the Sun were not preserved, but still I feel like there is a lot of connection and inspiration the Chinese people draw from nature, in the art, songs and everywhere.
Here are some Chinese songs I like that celebrate spring (with different instruments):

Hi Lucia,
I don’t remember the specific names of the songs off the top of my head, but you’re right that Chinese culture seems to be deeply tied with nature! I think the reverence for nature and the observations of cycles in existence is just something that is deeply in-tuned with many cultures, and they know the importance of living in harmony with nature in accordance to the laws of the cosmos. There’s something that’s profoundly human about these, it’s like a form of simple yet profound ancient wisdom that people adhere to because this is what the traditions passed down from their ancestors tell them…although it could be viewed as something heretical or “primitive” in cultures that have been heavily shaped by monotheistic religions…I’m not sure how to describe this, but there seems to be a recurring scheme across many different ancient traditions. Whether it’s European paganism, the indigenous traditions of the Americas, Hinduism, East Asian traditions, or some other ancient Indo-European traditions that have existed since/or existed before the monotheistic religions came along… You’ll find emphasis on nature and the cycles of the seasons, in one way or another. Many like to say that it’s primitive superstition or it’s just about agriculture, but I’m sure there is a lot more to it than that…I feel myself so intuitively drawn to it, and I can only try my best to understand the profound wisdom ancient cultures have to offer. I’ve been spending my spare time trying to do research on what my ancient ancestors had said and done, and trying to read original texts because I believe they could offer me insights when it comes to spirituality and some of the questions that I may be having personally. And that includes the famous Tao Te Ching/Dao De Jing. I’d be lying if I said I fully understood everything because the knowledge just goes so deep. Sometimes I feel like I’m just not the initiated one who is meant to understand all of these deep knowledge. I could literally fall asleep in front of my computer screen as if I was a schoolkid trying to learn difficult math. I’ve also learned about the spiritual traditions of other cultures (like those Lara mentioned in her videos), there’s definitely a lot to take in. I would question myself from time to time if it was worth it for me to study so much information intellectually when my own spiritual level is not high enough, and most recently I just decided to focus on the most simple things like contemplating on the cycles of nature and how the solstices and equinoxes have to do with the Spiritual Path of the Sun. As for my astral practices I noticed that I would sometimes get attacked in my dreams by beings with negative energy for seemingly no reason, and I may or may not remember to recite the incarnation. I haven’t been doing much practices on that lately, maybe I should put in more effort on that.
Hey Emily, it takes a bit of training to remember to do the incantations in dreams / the astral when you feel threatened. It can help to practice during the day when you remember, eg. if someone around you at work or in public is being angry or negative etc., or you just feel uncertain about a situation, you could try to practice the incantation quietly or just mentally. That can help to train a kind of “muscle memory” so that if you find yourself in similar situations in dreams / the astral you automatically remember to do the incantation. Obviously don’t put yourself deliberately into bad or dangerous situations while awake though, and make sure you’re safe physically as much as possible.
Thanks for the tips Erik! I actually tried to do that when I’m awake, I just haven’t been practicing it consistently. Maybe I’ll try to do more of those practices, and of course, I’m gonna try keep myself as safe as possible in the physical!
Sounds good, all the best with it!
Hi Emily,
I know what you mean about the ancient texts and the difficulties understanding them… I remember Mark writing about this how they were meant for the people of the past that had higher spiritual level than us, as well as a shared understanding about certain spiritual topics, at least he said it about the Nag Hammadi texts. I would imagine the Tao te Ching is the same. It can be helpful if you already have some esoteric knowledge, but for a beginner, its just an incomprehensible code…
Therefore, your decision to focus on simple things like contemplating solstices and equinoxes and their connection to the spiritual Path, or practicing things like astral projection makes a lot of sense, because through that, you can get some direct spiritual experience and guidance. Actually, the fact that you are attracting the attention of the negative beings in the astral sounds like you are on the right track, otherwise they would not bother with you much. 😉
I have a friend here who started to be more seriously interested in this knowledge, she astral projected recently (for the second time in her life), and just today she told me she remembers being surrounded by these entities in her clear dream this past night, and her mouth stuffed with some clothes, so she could not speak. I told her she can recite the incantation mentally, even if she can’t speak, which she was happy to hear and determined to try next time! So… I think keeping things practical and praying for guidance is the best way! 👍
Wishing you a lot of clear and lucid experiences in the astral plane and a lot of spiritual strength and Divine help on your journey. 👼 🌞
Hey Lucia,
I think you could be right about the fact that those texts were for those in the past with a high-enough spiritual level…I thought since I know the language(sort of), maybe I could figure out the meaning of the texts by reading them. But apparently that just didn’t work out. It does look like the texts were for the initiated ones…I think focusing on the simple things may actually be the best thing for me to do. Those negative beings in the astral do seem like they were going after those who attempt to do serious practices…the way they went after me can be kinda annoying, and I guess I need to remind myself to recite the incantation. I should probably give it more practice since I’m not good at it, but that is what could happen in the astral…
I was wondering what the “dragon raising it’s head day’ was about Lucia and Emily. Then I saw the short clips you found about it Lucia and it answered my query – It is the welcoming of Spring, which happens to be around the equinox time. There it is – hidden in plain sight!
Lucia, the instruments in these songs you have posted remind me of similar looking ones found around the world (flutes, little bow/cello type, guitar, piano/keyboard, etc), but played differently according to cultural influences. So perhaps there isn’t much difference between us as a humanity after all 😊
Perhaps we’re fragments of a once global civilization who venerated the Sun 😉
“The Dragon would raise its head” What a nice and revolutionary phrase!
Probably it implies the power that everybody hides deeply inside (the soul) in order to awake permanently from the internal and external darkness! That’s kind of how I felt it! Very inspiring!
Thank you Emily that shared this with us!
Thanks for the update Lara. I look forward to the new publications and appreciate your and Mark’s efforts and all who have supported them. I also wish everyone here a spiritual equinox time.
Thank you for sharing this exciting news. It’s inspiring to hear about all the hard work you all have been putting into your writings and publishing. I’m eagerly anticipating the release of your new books and to delve into them.
I’m especially grateful for the incredible work you’re doing for the good of humanity. Thank you for your commitment and for bringing positive change to the world, even when everything around looks dark sometimes. I’m grateful and I feel lucky being in a community that is a beacon of love and light.
Thank you, with love from UK
Alexandros
wishing everyone a strong equinox!
It’s been a very intense time for me with lots of changes, new situations, important discoveries about long-lived patterns of ego, and learning how to grasp joy and gratitude when they arise, which were always somewhat elusive to me.
I’m very grateful for your writings and your example, know that it’s out here causing ripples and waves in my life constantly (good ones), making life full of meaning, growth, and a general richness. I can’t wait until we can share this in a more meaningful way with the world!
As always, I await your next books with bated breath.
Thank you Lara and Mark for the well wishes for this Equinox time.
Wishing everyone an insightful and inspiring Equinox time. My part of the world is going into Autumn, so moving into darkness to extract the light with the help of the Spiritual Mother and Ariadne’s thread! 😊
Thank you also Lara for the updates on the upcoming books. As always, looking forward to those.
I was recently asked about practices that can help a person to work on subconscious/ego states. This is so relevant for making progress along the spiritual path. What practices are suggested to be beneficial for this to unfold/ be made possible?
Happy Equinox, everyone. Wishing everyone a spiritually-strengthening and meaningful celebration!
Thanks for the update, Lara. Thanks to you, Mark, and the rest of the Sura Ondrunar team for all the work you’re doing behind the scenes to bring this precious knowledge to the world. Looking forward to seeing the fruits of your labours!
Thank you Lara for your meaningful Equinox wishes and for the update., looking forward to read the new books and to see the new availiable information you give, it’s always so helpful.
It” s amazing how you and Mark manage to help us all at these days, it keeps hope in my heart.
Thanks to the publish team for all it’s hard work towards this too.
Wishing you, Mark and everyone here a very inspiring Equinox, to experience and celebrate this spiritual event through your heart, perceive it’s energies, delve deeper into it’s meaning and into what each needs inwardly in order to understad, get a little more free and find some happiness and peace.
Thnaks everyone for your inspiring comments too.
It’s really wonderful and helpful to have this contact.
Hi Lara and Mark,
Thanks for the timely reminder that we need to seek the darkness to enable us to find the spiritual light within.
Looking forward to the new books.
Wishing everyone here a truly spiritual equinox.
Thank you Lara and Mark for the update and all the work happening behind the scenes. Wishing you and everyone here a very uplifting equinox time, full of light and hope.
Thank you Lara!
Great news about the books 🙂
Thank you so much for your efforts, Lara, Mark, and all the team – your work is very inspiring!
Wishing everyone a great spiritual equinox.
Dear Mark and Lara,
Thank you so much for your work, your efforts and teachings are so precious.
Looking forward to your new books!
I am sure you thought about it too… for new more complex practices, perhaps it could be helpful to make guided video meditations – at least for the few of them – to give the right instructions and pass the flavor of the right technique.
I worked with the astral practices from your book this year, very interesting and loaded with the greater spiritual context, obviously taking time and effort, to uncover their benefits and make them successful.
Happy and spiritually elevating equinox time 🙏
Happy Equinox everyone! It’s just starting to feel like the sun is returning here in the UK with a few recent sunny days, everything is quickening and becoming colourful.
I just stumbled on an article about a film that’s been made that seems relevant and might be inspiring to those going into the autumn equinox. It’s about the exploration of caves and underland worlds. I haven’t seen it but I am reading a book by the same authour, The Wild Places, by Robert Macfarlane and it’s one of the most magical books I’ve read in a long time, so I believe it will be special.
It’s called Underland:

Reading the Wild Places has made me determind to get out into nature more this summer. It’s about Macfarlane’s exploration of the last wild places in Britain, he just writes about sleeping out under the stars and his observations and experiences. I read last night about how he thinks the Wild Hunt myths of the UK and Scandinavia, where Wodan would lead troups of the dead across the land, searching for recently departed souls, are to do with the autumn migration of birds. He says how the sound of geese, flying low and in large numbers across the land at night, is so loud it can resemble a plane or – to pre-aviation ears – a war-host of angels. I don’t think he means to explain away the myths, or maybe I just don’t read it like that, it makes me marvel at humanities connection to nature and nature’s reflection of the mystical.
I am also in a period where im learning about the nature and how it is actually designed to support us on our spiritual journey and helping us heal physically and emotionally at the same time. For example picking wild berries with their thorns and difficult to reach fruit is so designed so that we use our consciousness and realign our selves in a moment. Some herbs and fruit being reactivated when left out in the sun before consumption.
I have now many fruits and berry bushes on the property where I live and Im consciously involved in the blooming process so that my own cells can mirror this magical regeneration.
I wish everyone here, to Mark, Lara and the team a continous spiritual growth and regeneration.
Hi Ella, you describe an intriguing book that Macfarlane has written, and it is now being made into a documentary. It does ask some relevant questions – existential/reflective questions – and about our responsibility as a humanity. I am very interested to watch this when it becomes available.
Thanks Lara, I hope you and Mark and everyone here has a peaceful and meaningful Equinox day. Really looking forward to reading the new and updated books when they’re available and excited about the new information and practises that are going to be coming out!
Thank you, Lara, for all your efforts and the Sakro Sawel team!
I am looking forward to the book releases of the books. I have so enjoyed reading and experiencing the practices in The Spiritual Out-of-Body Experience and the Ancient Solstice books. There is so much valuable information contained in all of Mark’s and your books. They have been a source of inspiration and strength for me.
Have a peaceful and meaningful equinox Lara and everyone!
All the strength to get these works finished
Wishing you, Mark and everyone here a spiritual equinox too.
Thanks to you both for the spiritual wisdom you continue to provide online and in books, and to everyone here that helps to make that possible.
Thank you to the publishing team.
Very appreciative.
Thank you Lara for your wishes! I wish you and everyone here a very deep understanding and inspiration regarding the spiritual Equinox and the spiritual Sun!
The news about the books is wonderful. I can’t wait for the new books!
It seems like you all are doing an amazing job, as you are working on four different books.
Thank you Lara for your equinox wishes. I wish you and everyone here an inspiring and meaningful equinox time.
I also just wanted to extend a huge thank you on behalf of the Sura Ondrunar Publishing team to all those who have been supporting us the past 3 months. The support has been amazing, and a relief to know we have funding for our expenses. Like Lara mentioned, we have started the process of preparing the new book for print and should be released sometime in May! Then it’s on to Ancient Solstice and then the other books mentioned. So a busy book time ahead, which we are really looking forward to.
